have ECM fault on car that makes it cut out - when you giggle ( obviously technical term in motortrade ) the ECM coonection can get the car to start again or the other way when the car is running if you touch the EMC it will cut out. The problem is that I don't know if it is the ECM unit or the wiring plug.
