we have a toyota lucida 2.2td 4 wheel drive import, we have changed rad as it was blow when we bought it and refilled system it continued to over heat so we removed thermostat and have bled system but it is continuing to pressurise and overheat as soon as it is started but starts no problem, it bubbles in header tank, there is no steam or anything coming out of overflow pipe and it shows no signs of water in oil and no white smoke out of exhaust please help

As John says, get a sniff test done.
If you are (or know someone who is) reasonably mechanical you can buy the kit for about £40 and do it yourself. The kit comes with enough fluid to do dozens of tests.
Be aware there is a risk of scalding if the coolant surges while the filler cap is removed.
Just google "block tester" for more info, local motor factors should stock it.
