Renault 19 Convertable Phase 2 Electric Window not working?

I have a R19 Convertable and the OSF E/ Window does not work. I have bought a New Regulator fitted the unit but the problem is still there... fues, Switches etc. Checks out ok ... STUCK Any Idea's???
