Mountfield Rotary Mower HP470?

Cut small lawn but it was only on half speed, turned it over to see if the blades were o.k. Oil dispensed, renewed the oil and now the starter cord will not budge. Anybody any ideas how to rectify this please.

Take the plug out and turn engine over to eject the oil which will now have filled the cylinder.

DON'T OVERFILL the oil - use the dipstick or level mark.

Replace plug (with new), and start. Be prepared for LOTS of smoke.
