Oil boiler is wall hung, aga lower level system has a oil lifter, if we lifted the oil tank would i be able to remove the lifter as is in the loft and smells.

If the Boiler is less than 3.5 Metres from the BOTTOM of the oil tank, you could fit a Tiger loop on a separate oil supply from the tank, as long as the bottom of the oil tank is above the Oil Control Valve on the AGA, AND it is fed by a separate pipe from the tank all should be well
