I live in a rented house but was only told the 1881 reset number so when it started chiming every 15 minutes through the night too I was very upset and lost sleep. I finished up trying to get the control box off the wall but then the alarm outside went off and even when I removed it entirely from the wall the alarm outside kept going off. This was 1-1.30 am this morning Saturday the 23rd May. When it stopped ringing the chimes which had bothered me originally were still going all night. I have tried to find the speakers to disable them but cant. I asume they are built into the fabric of the building.
