my computer keep on telling me that there is a serious problem. how can i fix my computer.

You just have to get tough with your computer. Tell it in no uncertain terms that it must advise you of the Operating System it's running and to stop teasing you with words like "serious". Get the computer to be more specific and explain to you in more detail just what it means by serious.
