How can i fix my rover 45 car alarm?

My rover 45 2004 car alarm keeps going off for no reason, how can i fix this?

disconect the batter for about 10mins this will rest the main ecu then u have to mate the phob back up with the car by pressing unlock lock unlock lock unlock lock this should mate back together if not just keep pressing unlock and lock after each other
