lift up the seat and you will see a small panel there right in the middle of the seat bucket ,undo the screw and take he panel out,then you will see the throttle cable pulley move if you twist the throttle and see it go back to a screw that stops it when you let the throttle go,that screw GOLD coloured is the tick over screw turn it clockwise until the bike ticks over ok and that is the problem solved ok.ps i am a bike mechanic
