How can I fix my Hotpoint FF200EG frost free fridge freezer?

My FF200EG has developed a fault! The fridge is warm and the freezer still works ok. Any ideas how to fix? The super freeze and super cool lights keep flashing every 6 hours or so and still the fridge is WARM!!!!!!!!!
Any ideas please?????
