i have B&S 18hp model no. 350777 type 1130-E have fuel coming from carb breather tube when engine not running at full throttle thought float might be the problem but upon exaimnation seems float is working find can anyone help or advise me where i can find a repair manual for said engine

clean carb fully inside and out use air to clean out all ports sounds like you may have dirt sticking up float
