Hi Simon, this is a pretty common problem.The doors readily lock,sometimes even if a different key is used. If you have a newer spare key try that in the door,if it locks and unlocks the door it is most likely a worn key that is to blame and a new one is the answer.If the lock still refuses to open it will probably mean having a new lock fitted.Hope this helps.
