my machine is a whirlpool AWM 1200.when i pick a program to do a wash e.g C Prewash+delicate it calls for the water no problem and does a couple of cycles then just stops.if i turn the nob to choose another cycle it completes the wash,the pump kicks in and empties the water from drum.then the nob moves to rince and spin.the drum fills with water then stops with no more action.i checked the pump everything ok there.can you give me some possible faults to check.
