Canon i560 printer power supply?

Could anyone with a working i560 tell me the outputs on the power suppy (K30217) connection.
There is a 5-pin plug - and the other end of the cable is easily accessible under the top cover.
What I want to know is the voltages between the various pins to confirm whether the fault is in the power supply - which I think it is!
Many thanks to anyone prepared to take teh trouble to help.

Pin1: 11V
Pin2 GND
Pin3: 13V
Pin4: Not used
Pin5: Control iput

When Pin5 is pulled high, Pin1:25V, Pin3:27V

My power supply works, once I understood how to switch it up - the fault with the i560 lies elsewhere, unsolved!
