vauxhall frontera 2.4 petrol k reg. car wont start; there is feul tryed new rotar arm. tryed a coil. plugs are ok. the alarm has been disconnected before i got it but i think immobilisor has come on. can i bypass it.

you can buy an imobilizer bypass for around £70. ( little black plastic part on the ignision barrel with 2 wires coming from it.) i unpluged mine then refitted it and that worked for me, also i found it only kicked in when i locked the doors, so perhaps pulling the central locking fuse may help
