EGR Valve 1.7 Diesel Astra?

Warning light comes on on dash, if I rev up to 4000 rpm it goes out again, I seems EGR is sticking, how can I fix it?

Which warning light, have you had the codes read and what makes you think it's the EGR?
You can try removing it and cleaning using carb cleaning spray and a toothbrush, but it's often as well just to fit a new one. Use a new gasket.
