my lap top will not boot up, can any one help its a fujistu?

my lap top tells me to press cont/del/alt/ but when i do nowt happens it tries to boot up but goes back into the same screen telling me to press the same keys.....

Hi Keep tapping F8 on startup, a menu will appear, choose safe mode. Go to system tools and run system restore to an earlier date. It seems like windows as crashed or the mbr as gone pear shaped.
