Samsung model rs21dcns fridge Ice maker has stopped making ice ?

I have checked and the water dispense is working but the ice making tray is not turning and appears stuck at an angle as if it was part way to dropping the last set of ice being made.
Any suggestions?

on the bottom of ice maker is reset button press this and it should return too normal
