I don't think there is a drain plug !!!
Check your manual!!!
On my mountfield manual says :

Remove dipstick, Lean Mower onto its left hand side & allow oil to pour out via the filler hole!!!

look under the body were the blades are , for a small nut or hex key, pull out the spark plug , first .
