How can I fix my Electrolux ek5741gr oven?

I think that the thermostat is faulty on my Electrolux ek5741gr oven. I am also having dificulty finding any parts or wiring diagrams, and am reluctant to start dismantling the oven without some guidance. Can anyone help?
