cirton saxo vtr timeing ?

how do i find the timeing marks for a saxo vtr cos i really cant find them i can find them on the pullys top and bottem but not on the engin itself???

If you have the 1.6 16v there are no marks on the engine! with the crankshaft locked by the timing pin in the flywheel and the cam's locked with their timing pins you align the mark's on the crankshaft pulley and the cam pulley's with the marks on the cam belt, then adjust the tension with a special tool to get the correct tension.
