GOT A 54 MEGANE AND APART FROM THE FRONT TWO WINDOWS NOT WORKING MY AIR CON IS NOW NOT WORKING..DUE TO LIMITED FUNDS I DON'T WANT TO GO BACK TO RENAULT AS THEY CHARGE A FORTUNE.ANYONE GOT ANY TIPS ON HOW TO GET THE AIR CON WORKING.I'VE JUST HAD A NEW FILTER PUT IN SO IT'S NOT THAT.

a very common fault on the renault range is the Air con pressure sensor it tells the brain that the system is charged just under the alternator on the air con pipe

You might have to get your air con refilled.
A lot of independent companies will do it for you,but it can cost around £50 or so,(cheaper than Renault!).
I recently bought a Renault 2005 1.5 Dci Megane Estate,and I thought the air con wasn't working,until my son showed me how to set the controls!
It's fine now!
My other car did it all automatically,once you pressed the button!
