You need to take off drum (if it has drums?? I presume it does) by undoing central nut and surclip. Take iff springs with pliers (can be pretty tough) and remember where they went, and what hole the ends went in. Wire brush all residue off drum (inside), pads, and anythin else that moves. Free up the self adjuster (if it has one), should be a rod between pads, with a nut that screws up and down. Make sure the nut moves freely. Put back together and drum on. Make sure drum spins freely. Try brake and pump it a few times, should be adjusted and not stick. Hope that helps. Ed. :)
