how can I fix my black & decker kr600cre drill?

drill lost power,lots of sparks appearing at rear end,making a different sound,plastic blades from the armeture detached.

It sounds like the motor is burning up. I don't think it would be worth paying for the repair. It would probably be cheaper to buy a new one.
