99' kawasaki Mojave quad low in oil and it seized. what's the damage?

1999 Kawasaki Mojave 250cc ATV (Quad)
My son went riding on it for about 3 hours and parked it. he tried restarting it to load on the trailer but he wasn't able to kick start it. I tried to help him but I couldn't get it to turn over. I checked the oil level. it was practically dry.
What is the usual damage to this quad under these circumstances. Am I looking at top-end, bottom-end damage or both.
Any idea how much I'll be spending in parts?
Also where is a good place to order parts.

well try cradley kawasaki for the parts the bottom end will be ok i expect although its not good for it the problem will be at the top either the camshaft will be seized up and maybe scored the head where it spins or the piston will be melted and the rings seized in their grooves either way its coming to bits good luckn it wont be that cheap though !
