I have a 1995 renault clio 1.9 diesel that won't start. the heater plug light does not come on when starting and then there is just a sequence of clicks. The heater plug relay appears to work and it sounds as though the starter solenoid may be faulty. I'm not entirely sure. Any suggestions?
