How can I fix my Etiger treadmill?

I wanted to start using my Etiger treadmill after 6 month gap. But unfortunately it wont work. Can you help me with this . I lost my safety hook. Does this make any difference.

I have the E1 error with mine. Please advise how to get it sorted.
Abdul, you need the safety hook in order for the machine to work.
