the start switch on my challenge bench grinder if broken?

I have a Challenge hobby bench grinder model number MBG 2523 and the start switch works but will not latch in the on position. The grinder will run only if you jam a screwdriver between the switch and the case securing tie bar.Not an ideal situation.Where can i obtain a spare switch and two plastic guards?

John's suggestion of buying the Maplin switch worked perfectly.

An almost identical switch can be bought at Maplin electronics for £2.49 (Code: GU53H ) The original safety cover will even fit the new switch. A bit of a fiddle removing old one but can be done.

I think you would be cheaper and quicker just going to argos and buying a new one. The model you have is Challenge and argos are selling the exact same, MBG 2523 at £24.99
