My BT35A connector box was broken & some wires have become damaged so my phone no longer rings & I have no dial tone & can't make outgoing calls.

The cable going into the box is the main phone cable that comes into the house from outside (when it leaves the box it then goes into the main phone socket).

There are many fine wires & they are a tangled mess!

Help, I recently had a new SKY box installed. The engineer did,nt go near my phone extension socket located upstairs, but the internet stopped working as soon as he left. I opened the front of the box, a white and a blue wire are connected but there are a white & orange (possibly paired) and a green & white wire where do they go????

I guess the reason for no answers is that you are not supposed to muck around with BT boxes.
