ESP ABS MODULE FAULT .2005 RENAULT ESPACE?

HI, I HAVE AN "ESP FAULT ,SERVICE CHECK !" WARNING ON DASH. A LOCAL GARAGE CHECKED AND SAID THERE IS AN INTERNAL SENSOR FAULT. C1124 -PRESSURE SENSOR CIRCUIT . A NEW UNIT IS REQUIRED WHICH WILL COST £1800 +VAT FITTED !!!! HELP .peteyhorne at hotmail.com

Had exactly the same. Invested in a Renault diagnostic tool which advised that the rear speed sensors were faulty. On closer investigation found that the speed sensors were fitted incorrectly when the brake discs was changed.
