threading hook missing of my lervia kh 4000?
am i being silly or is the threading hook missing off my lervia kh 4000?
i can thread it through the upper thread guide, over the upper thread tension and underneath the tension spring, but, when i go to thread it over the threading hook there is nothing there!
I can see it on the illustration on the box and the userguide but it is not on the machine. Am I missing something simple? Any help greatly appreciated.
