I have a Blomberg 1301ABB washing machine which fails to spin?

As my washing reaches the spin cycle and leaves me with soaking wet washing every time. I have extended cover and engineers have been out many times but I want to know if anyone else has this problem.

Yes I can help!!!!!!!!! Put bleach in machine, leave over night to soak then rinse and do a complete wash cycle with no washing in. As you should know Dip your mum does this every few months!!!!!!!!
