Degree of the car engine?

Is it possible to run the engine in 90 degree (front of the engine upside) and watt about the lubrication and friction on the parts?

Thanks for your answer
The points I try to get 1- the lubrication liner in the engine (the parts to be lubricant if it well be as it was) and the friction because of the change of the degree especially on the pistons. In other hand as you mansion the fuel well be injectors and as you now for new project there well be many changes as oil pan and oil leaks,
Thanks again

Not possible without a sump (oil pan) modification and oil pump / pick up pipe alteration.....you would also expect oil leaks from the rocker cover and other unexpected areas. There could also be a problem with oil drainage back to the sump. There would also be problems with carburation and fuel delivery, as these systems need to operate horizontally. The list goes on!
