The water bottle isn't filling correctly and when i take it out there is water underneath it. I am thinking that i have got a blocked pipe somewhere. Can anyone give me any advice on this as i dont even know how to get inside it. Any relies would be really appreciated, thank you

there is a drain pump inside these and they can block or fail.whole back has to be dismantled to gain access.bit involved
