My tumble drier makes 5 long bleeps. I think the float is sticking. I tried to check it but could not find where or how to get access to it. Can someone help please?

I think the float switch is jammed It seems a common fault the lint/fluff gets in there and stops it working. But how do I get at it to clean it? The tube to the water tank was blocked which is at the top I have cleared that. but cannot find any panels to remove for easy access.

does water pour out when you tip it on its back?.is the water bottle at the top or bottom?.if it is at the top then there is a pump at the bottom which could be causing an issue

But if i tip it on its back then right it again it will work for 60 -90 minutes. why is that any ideas.
