How do I fix my drivers electric window on a C2?

My drivers window on my C2(55 plate) doesnt go up or down automatically, I have to keep my finger on the button.

try lowering window, when at bottom hold switch down for 3 seconds, then put window up, when its at top hold switch up for 3 seconds. if this doesnt work then could be window switch fault.
