most of your local furniture stores have someone they hire or work for them to repair there furniture call around and ask they may give you there number and you could pay them to fix it.
most front chair legs bolt or screw to the seat frame look and see if you can just replace the screws or if the wood has cracked or split if so you can use wood glue to mend it but you will need a clamp to hold it tight so the glue will bond real good the best way is if you can still buy the chair at a retailer call and see how much new legs would be they shuoldn't be that expencive
