hi tony, just done this (after a lot of head scratching) so here goes... first the easy bit. remove covers from both sides. on the side where the height adjuster is, locate and loosen the nut securing the cylinder. this will eventually slide the shaft from the slot. next, on the side where the drive belts are. there is a big nut that secures the drive to the cylinder. it is slightly offset from centre and when you turn the nut the cylinder turns as well. you can either get a suitable spanner on the flat shafts of the spindle or (as I did) G clamp the roller to your workmate/bench. then undo the nut and pull out the drive shaft which you will now see how it engages with the inner roller drive ring. next, there are 3 screws that hold a black plate with the cylinder nut in the centre. undo the 3 screw and the cylinder nut. this will give you some additional 'play' and let you 'ease' the cylinder from its mounting. let me know how you get on :-)
