hi gary, whip off the side casing & check your rollers are sitting properly in the variator. when you've reassembled it, check both clutch & variator are bolted tight & that the drive belt is sitting squarely between the two pulleys. after you've done that, make sure the casing is sitting properly on its dowls & kickstart mechanism, press down slightly on the kickstart with your hand & press against the casing at the same time, you should feel it slot into place. tighten the casing in a sequence, if you start at the top of the casing then tighten the opposite bolt on the bottom & work your way around evenly. hope this helps.......happy motoring.
