This is my third Rowenta steam iron. Unfortunately this one is not working properly. It does not steam or get hot enough. Is there a local place or a Rowenta hospital that I could send it to? I have a Rowenta Professional Luxe Model DM 880. Help!

I just bought my second Rowenta yesterday. It is the Rowenta Professional DM 890. The paperwork gives the following contact information:
