Freezer not freezing and fridge not cold enough, the motor is running and cycles every few minutes with a buzzing noise. Frigidaire Model# FRT21HR6A, 5 years old. All fans are working. No ice buildup on coils. Compressor is warm to touch. Outside of fridge doesn't feel warm. Is the compressor shot; does it need coolant; any suggestions?
