When driving the citreon zsara. it drives like its missing now and then, like a gentle chugg now and then. When get to traffic lights or in very slow traffic it cuts out, do you think it needs new pluggs?

If your plugs haven't been changed for a good while it wouldn't hurt to change them.
Chuck a bottle of Redex in the tank and take your car for a good run up the motorway could clear out some crap as well.
There are a lot of little things you could do to help, with out hearing and seeing your motor this is the best I can do
