No spark. Suspect a loose wire from the coil or faulty spark wire. How do you remove drive coupler from the crankshaft?

The first thing to do is to try and determine if it is a fuel or spark issue. Remove the spark plug and with it attached to the plug wire, ground the plug against he head of the trimmer and have someone pull the starter cord watching for a spark. Make sure that you are not touching any are metal or you may recieve an electric shock too!! If this is working then you can change your search to the engine getting the gas mixture to run. May be crack or leak in the gas lines or carb needs rebuilt.
