front wood slat, snapped. popped, cracking sound, came out of both side arm supports. Seat, springs pulling back this wood slat.

Barcalounger went bankrupt in May, 2010. As of yesterday, it may be limping back to life.

Googel Barcalounger get Phone # to company and call customer service the prompt will give a few extentions like sale,billing,parts and service choose parts and tell the service person what bthe problem is and they will send you the part direct to your home and they can tell if it is warranty or they will charge you will need before you call the style or modle # and the date of mfg. and if you can find one the serial # so the rep cand identify the chair and send the right part
