renault clio steering clicking?

my steering clicks on full lock what the problem

if it clicks when the car is moving and on full lock then it sounds like a cv joint has worn. put on full lock and look at end of driveshaft near wheel. probably grease has come out,and rubber split and joint is worn. you will need a new driveshaft for your renault.
