I have a Servis washing machine (m6135) it does a cycle but when it comes to the spin my clothes are still soaking wet. The drum is going round and the water is draining. I have checked to see if there is a blockage or kink in the water outlet pipe and my filter is clean! Any help with this matter would be greatly apprieciated

My Servis washing machine model M3094 won't spin or drain water, I've checked the filter on the bottom right hand side of the machine but it's only a ssmall hole and water comes out of it.
