We unlock them using SETool but other products are available. No free solutions for these so if you're not an unlocker just pop it to your local phone shop :o)

3 might ne able to give you an unlocking code, otherwise there are stalls on most markets that unlock phones.
It needs to be done right though - 3 phones work on a different frequency to other phones so there is the danger you will end up with a phone which doesn't work on any network.
