Bosch exxcel dishwasher?

The top wash arm does not spin during the wash cycle. Water comes out of the holes but it seems with not enough force to spin the wash arm. Any ideas? thanks

check the spray arm holes for blockage the arm is removeable if not blocked it could be a broken impella on the wash motor need a pump kit if the motor is ok.
