Cookers next to fridges?

I am going to have a fridge next to a cooker with hardly much gap between the both. Its impossible to put it anywhere else as the kitchen is small. My only choice is to put it in the conservatory but i'm not very keen on the idea. Is there any thing I can put aside the cooker to prevent heat going towards the fridge ??? please help

Unless you cook 24/7 this isn't as bad as it seems.the heat build up will be not that noticable and the overall effects on its efficiency not effected.Odviously if its a gas cooker the flames could make paint flake or discolour and may need addressing.
