How can I fix my Beko model DVC6631 electric cooker?

the led clock went out when my wife was cooking then we noticed the bottom oven had went out as well neither the clock or the bottom oven work at all now the warranty has just ran out any suggestions would be appreciated

We've had the exact same problem. However, I think the answer given by Mr. Snif isn't quite right... Instead, that sounds like the answer as to how to fix the problem after a power cut, when the clock is flashing (and the oven won't work without the clock being set).

However, the actual problem at the moment is that the clock has stopped working completely (completely blank display) and pressing the buttons does nothing. The oven won't work at all, but the hobs and top oven (grill are fine).

Anyone seen this b4? Does the original poster have a solution?

there are a number of buttons on the front of the cooker. Hold down the two right most buttons and then press the left most button. This should reactivate the cooker. Happens to us all the time when we have a power cut.
